Your buildings pay more for energy than they should. Kelvin shows how much.

Kelvin is software. It reads your invoices and meter data, checks them against 23 known configuration errors, and tells you which ones apply to you and what they're costing you.

We'll show you what's in them before you decide anything.

Kelvin · today 7:12 AM

At Hlavná you have a reserved capacity of 250 kW, but over the last 12 months you never exceeded 168 kW. Lowering it to 185 kW saves you €2,340 a year. I've prepared the request for the distributor.

At Priemyselná your power factor dropped below 0.95 on March 1. For March that's a surcharge of roughly €180. The compensation can be fixed — I've prepared the brief for the electrician.

Kelvin · Monday 9:05 AM

The meter at the Sereď warehouse has been reporting double the usual consumption since Saturday. The invoice won't catch this — the numbers just don't match the surroundings. I recommend checking the meter.

The main breaker at Hlavná is rated for 400 A, but the peak never exceeds 250 A. Downsizing it to 315 A saves you €1,120 a year with no outage risk.

Where the money goes

Three line items on your invoice that nobody checks

It's not waste or bad habits. These are fixed fees set years ago for a load you no longer draw. They're billed every month and go unnoticed because the invoice looks correct on paper.

Reserved capacity

The power you pre-pay the distributor for. If it's set to 250 kW and you never exceed 168 kW, you're paying for 82 kW you don't use.

€1,200 to €12,000per year, per connection point

Main breaker

Since July 2025, you pay based on the main breaker's amperage. A breaker sized at building approval almost never matches today's actual load.

€300 to €4,000per year, per connection point

Power factor (cos φ)

Below 0.95, the distributor adds a surcharge. At 0.70 it's more than double the distribution price, and it's listed under an inconspicuous name on the invoice.

€500 to €9,000per year, per connection point

What we found at our clients

Numbers from real operations, not a pitch deck

€7,000

is the average annual value of our findings per client. Not a calculator estimate — the sum of concrete findings we delivered to clients.

A real case

Eight months of doubled numbers, and nobody noticed

A state institution with multiple buildings. One connection point started reporting exactly double its actual consumption in December. The invoice was fine, because the distributor bills from its own metering. So for eight months, the internal dashboard showed numbers that decisions were based on — and they weren't true.

Kelvin found it during its first data run, because it cross-checks meter readings against invoices. The previous system never caught it once.

These figures come from real operations. We don't share client names or addresses without their consent.

What you get

What a single finding looks like

This is a real output, shortened. It's not just an alert with a number — it's a ready-made document you can bring to your distributor or your management.

Oversized reserved capacity · Hlavná 8€2,340 / year
What it isReserved capacity is the power output you pre-pay for. You pay for it every month regardless of whether you actually use it.
How we found it35,040 15-minute readings over 12 months. Highest peak 168.4 kW (Jan 14, 8:15 AM). Reserved capacity is 250 kW, so you never used 81.6 kW of it.
How we calculated the savingWe calculate it from the difference between your reserved capacity and a safe margin above the highest peak, multiplied by the price per kW. The threshold and price come from ÚRSO decree 154/2024 and the distributor's price list for 2026. The exact formula, margin included, is in the portal output.
What to do about itFile a request to change the reserved capacity with the distributor, by the 20th of the month, effective the following month. The form, pre-filled with the values, is attached.
When this doesn't applyIf you're planning to expand operations or add EV chargers, your peak will rise. A reduction can be reversed, but usually not before 12 months.

Concrete findings in euros, not charts to dig through

Every finding has a quantified saving, evidence from your own data, and a recommended next step. Something you can actually bring to your distributor or your management.

02 / 06

Ask in plain language, get answers from your own numbers

Instead of digging through dashboards, just ask like you would a colleague. The answer is always grounded in your data — nothing is made up.

03 / 06

Savings that actually happened, not an estimate

We track every finding from discovery through resolution to confirmation. Once you resolve it, the following months verify it against the baseline.

04 / 06

It speaks up the day a problem starts

You'll know about a reserved-capacity overshoot immediately, not a year later on your bill — and it comes with a suggested fix right away.

All your buildings ranked by how much you're overpaying

See which of your buildings is worst, and by how much. One overview instead of fifteen separate dashboards.

What Kelvin does for you

Your only job is to forward your invoices

Invoices are your entire input

We process PDFs automatically. No spreadsheets, no forms, and nobody on your team enters data by hand.

Nothing gets installed

Your existing meters, distributor data, and invoices are enough. No electrician, no investment, no disruption to the building.

Checked every month, not once every four years

An audit is just a snapshot. Kelvin runs every check every month, so a problem that starts in March gets found in March.

Invoices are cross-checked against meter readings

Two independent sources, checked against each other. This catches both billing errors and a broken meter.

Savings you can actually prove

Once you resolve a finding, Kelvin compares the following months to the baseline and confirms the real number. That's a number you can bring to a meeting.

Why you can trust the number

A number that holds up against your distributor

The math does the calculating, not a language model

Values come from an exact calculation. AI is only allowed to explain them — it never fills in a number the calculation didn't produce.

Every threshold has a legal source

ÚRSO decree 154/2024, law 321/2014, and current distributor price lists — always with a valid-from date.

When the data is weak, we'd rather say nothing

An empty response from the distributor is a data gap, not zero consumption. If coverage is low, we don't report the finding.
